No one does white trash hardcore better than Blood For Blood. They are one of my favorite bands for a reason. They are brutally honest and amazingly angry and hard. They have been together since 1995 and have been on Victory Records for most of that time but now have joined up with Thorp Records to release their all new record, Serenity. This album is a lot different from their previous releases. They have gone with a more rock and roll perspective than their old brutal punk/hardcore sound. They still have their old sound with them but be prepared to hear more rock. This album is way too short and just not what I expected when I picked it up. I do like most of the songs on this album but it just doesn't measure up to their previous releases. They still are hard. They still are angry. They still can shove it down your throats but this was disappointing.
