Hailing from Ohio, Coffinberry holds true to their finely bred rock genes that the state offers. The chaotic chords in the song, "Nightlife" are symphonically brought back together for a silky ending. Their lyrics are very fine, intricate, and loving, reminding you of something Chris Martin (Coldplay) would pen. Musically, they're luring like Death Cab for Cutie and vocally smooth like Adam Levine (Maroon 5) and chaotic like Jack White (White Stripes), with a vintage and pop flair thrown in occasionally, just for good measure. This indie rock band definitely has strong qualities, and should prove to be quite successful in the future if they stay true to their original style.
