Of Brian Healy's three releases from his band Dead Artist Syndrome, Devils, Angels & Saints, their second release, is the better one. It's considerably darker and better orchestrated without getting too monotonously droning. Much like some of my reviews. Ahem, anyway, "Hello" starts the CD off well, setting the pace for this classic death rock/goth album. Along with "Hello", "Fall Apart", "Angeline", "Obsexed", "Beautiful World", "Take My Hand" and "Devils, Angels & Saints" make my time sitting in the dark a bit more pleasurable.

This CD predates the recent wave of Christian goth bands nowadays, so snag this if you can. This is definitely for those who have the Cure's The Head on the Door album, or who know who the Birthday Party and Nina Hagen is. . .
