What is a "GasHead"? Most probably couldn't tell of a simple whim or riff of one. What is a LandSpeedRecord? An idea--of experimental hard rock, bringing back the classic feeling, enjoying friends, and a respect of friends' "uniqueness." LandSpeedRecord is a really cool project for the fact that it's almost all instrumental pieces, and the instruments that are played tell the stories and attempt to breathe life into them. There really isn't anything that shows any Christian point of view, but the songs show strong ties with friends and other loved ones.
There is nothing to trumpet this release into a certain category except that it is quite intriguing and is really good to check out if a person knows of The Scorpions, The Cult, Satriani, Megadeth, or El Cid. If a person likes classic rock guitars with an edge, there's a need to listen to this one, as the playing on it is literally artistic.
