Iain has quickly made a name for himself on the live circuit, both Christian and mainstream, with fans of the acoustic singer/songwriter style. Having toured with John Martyn, links between Iain and Mr. Martyn are often drawn as are comparisons with Brian Kennedy. More laid back than his previous offering Playing Dead this album is a wonderful showcase for Iain's melodic and exceptional acoustic guitar playing, his soaring voice and contemplative, poetic lyrics. This CD consists of 11 tracks including two instrumentals and is great to relax to. I look forward to his next offering (reported to be a band based work).
