This California band has gone after a new, more refined party-time metal sound, which was a good decision for this trio. The lead-off track, "Get Out," is the best tune, filled with a lot of attitude and sass. The message is in-your-face about how Jesus "kicked the devil's butt" on the cross. "Ridin' For Jesus" has a pretty cool anthem feel to it, but--I hate to say this--the lyrics about bikin' for Jesus sound cheesy. Would a group of Hell's Angels really dig this?
