If this album is about anything at all, it's probably about never ever giving up on your dreams. Fogle is a retired street cop who has returned to his first love -- music -- after almost 30 years on the police force. Musically, Fogle remains true to the folk-rock music of the early 1970s and the likes of Neil Young, CSN, James Taylor et al. His voice may be a tad monotonous and its austere songs offer little diversity but his passion and faith comes through strong. And that's all that matters.
