These releases are now, finally, available on CD. Rez is selling it through the mail and at shows as two separate discs, and Star Song have released both on one disc, and has it distributed into retail stores. It really sounds good to hear classic tunes like "Broken Promises", "Golden Road", "Afrikaans", "Lightshine", "Paint A Picture", and "Concert For A Queen" with the crystal-clear sound of digital format. The EQ levels seem a little louder on Rainbow's End. I think if these albums were treated as contemporary releases, that they would fare very well against the music of its peers--saying a lot for a couple of albums that are over 12 years old! (This review covers the CD reissue of Awaiting Your Reply, the band's 1978 debut.)
