"Dr. Hatchet" is a full-on righteous lashing out at abortionists (doctors?): "Doctor Hatchet, dressed in white/ How can you sleep at night?...The room spotless and clean/ The victim's blood is never seen/ Your unborn taken, ripped in two/ The one so helpless, relying on you." Heavy doses of slow-to-quick thrash for the mosher at heart.
