Everything Counts is the musical companion to the most recent update of the wonderful devotional My Utmost For His Highest by Oswald Chambers. The project was developed and published by Youth Specialties and Zondervan and offers a year's worth of devotions.

Vertical Music presents twelve contemporary, current worship songs here. Sanctus Real, Todd Agnew, Big Daddy Weave, Tree 63, By the Tree and Sonicflood are the names you will know immediately. Their more rocking selections are recognizable, full of life and, as all songs on this project, lead toward serving the Lord every day. Add to the more up tempo stuff the lesser known Desperation with a good one, "This Is My Life."

Things quiet down a bit now with Michael Gungor, Dave Lubben and Jason Morant. Kathryn Scott's "At The Foot of the Cross" is a touching and memorable ballad.
Wrap things up with some live "United" by Evermore.

Definitely good for guiding people into worship.
