There really isn't a whole lot to say about Die Young. They are pretty cut and dry. They are an aggressive hardcore band that would be found in the same category as Madball and Hatebreed (just not as metal). Their musical style really isn't my thing. They are more politically minded than most hardcore bands and they have a better way of expressing themselves lyrically than most of their peers. I love political and relate with them on some issues and I love intelligent lyrics. At times they are sluggish and at other times they are in your face. It is a good choice to change from time to time. It's only a seven song EP. so that brings it star value down and the recording could be a lot better. Overall it's a so-so album. Not bad but then again, not all that great.
