Forward To Death is a fast and aggressive New Jersey hardcore punk band. They are in the vein of Kill Your Idols, Slapshot, Negative Approach and Minor Threat. If you are a fan of old school hardcore punk you will probably love this album. It's very well produced but there is still the raw feeling that makes this album work. 14 anger filled songs that just rip! This is one of the best hardcore albums of the year so far...I know the year is young but I haven't heard anything yet in this genre that touches it. It won't be a four star record but it's up there. If you like bands like Black Flag, Black Cross, DYS and the Cro-Mags, you will dig this album.
