As you can tell by the title of the Outbreak's debut full length album, they are very angry and aggressive. You Make Us Sick clocks in with fifteen songs in about fifteen minutes. Nine of those songs are under a minute in length. They draw comparisons of bands like Shark Attack, Negative Approach and For The Worse. It's negative hardcore with virtually no breakdowns and mosh parts. There are a few places with heavy mosh parts but overall the album is lacking. It gets kind of tiresome of someone singing about how much they hate everyone and everything. With tracks like "You're A Waste", "Spit In Your Face", "No One Cares", "You Make Us Sick", "I Blame You", and "Dead To Me", it all turns into cliches that have already been done but they probably hate me for even writing this review. It just gets tiresome and boring. It just sounds very unintelligent and just uninspiring and dull after a while. There is no impact. I am all for getting your aggression out and wearing your feelings on your sleeve but there has to be more than this to life right?
