The 25th Anniversary CD from Texas-based Liberation Suite is a digitally re-mastered re-release of their 1974 original Word UK recordings, which previously had never been digitally released. This album combines rich harmony blends, thought-provoking melodies, and a multitude of musical styles and influences closely resembling early Chicago and Jethro Tull. At the same time, maintaining an original edge. The second track, "Run, Run, Lucifer," is probably the most innovative track on the disc. Highlights of the album include a cover of Eric Clapton's "Presence of the Lord," and an interview with the BBC about the band's stay in war torn Belfast, Northern Ireland, along with a special live concert cut. This one-of-a-kind disc from the Jesus Movement era is definitely one to hold on to.
