A "charismatic Jewish Christian hard rock band" these guys are not. What they are more closely resembles a group of passionate hardcore musicians that slow down just enough to add lots of melody to their playing. Marc Haley's vocals rage with intensity. He also manages to churn out clean riffs that stay in time with the bass and drums. Did I mention that likeDAVID was a three-piece? I'm impressed.

"A Time For New" ends the album with a real artsy cathartic diatribe from God's heart. While not as chaotic as TFU, fans of the "punk unique" will get this band. Those who just want to be pounded in the head with riffs and snare drums will get enough Blindside and Tool-like noise to snack on, but not fill up.
