Of all the "creative type" projects I've reviewed, this is by far the best. This is not music for the typical headbanger. In fact, they would probably get bored after the first song -- "On Trial," which is a little over nine minutes in length.
Vocals are done by Greg Ryan, and everything else is done by Dwayne Woodbury. This man's talent is incredible. There is so much going on throughout this tape that, after a half-dozen listens, you might finally get to the lyrics. The only bad thing I would say about Project X is that I wonder how many people are eclectic enough to enjoy this. Images of a Fallen World is music to be appreciated, not just cranked up on your car stereo while you're flying down the road.
