A new band from David ENOS (ex-EMERALD), SEVENTH SIGN offers us a very good three-track demo of hard with a blues tendency. It is slow, but it is effective: it strips paint!! One of the band's assets is the presence of the vocalist Brenda WILMUTH, a new singer in Christian metal. She holds her own very well, judging by the three tracks this demo contains. On "White Lies", she is very aggressive (watch out, she might bite...!!), whereas on "Commitment" and on "Amazing Grace", she offers more melodious vocals. David ENOS's work is very rich, and much more impressive than what he was doing with EMERALD. The bass/drums section is solid. To close this demo, SEVENTH SIGN presents us with a very blues version of the famous "Amazing Grace", after an a cappella intro signed Brenda WILMUTH. Seriously interesting.
A very beefy demo, which bodes very well for SEVENTH SIGN, this bluesy metal band with real class. A label absolutely must sign them!!

The next tune, "Commitment" lags a bit behind in the hook area, only saved in parts by some excellent leads. Brenda Wilmuth, who lists Gospel as one of her main…Similar sounding releases
