Sweet mother of Bauhaus, this is such excellent Goth. Beautifully dark music, like Brian Healy of Dead Artist Syndrome, only not as chipper and happy. Request has its best effect if listened to in the dark, or as I have done quite recently, in the middle of one of Nebraska's monsoon-like spring thunderstorms, with the only light being the candles I've lit. If you weren't manic-depressive before listening to this, you will be by the time you hit track four. Favorite tracks- "To Give", "Rain", "Before I Leap", "Carnival", "Tamzin", "In The Unholy", and "Where Roses Grow". This CD has made me a fan of the band. Melancholy has never sounded so good.
