Mr. Pritzl has done it again, this time with the "Gravity Show." Worshipful songs that aren't all directed above are a good change for the Violet Burning frontman. This is a nice way to vent other song ideas without people having predetermined expectations of what you are going to write about. Don't look for something you can put on your over-head projector at the youth meeting and ruin with your praise band's acoustic guitars.
"Dreadful" could have easily been the lyrics for a Misfits song with analogies of monsters and vampires to outline a close love. GS's music has that same VB electronica that we grew fond of on Faith and Devotions..., just don't buy this album unless you are ready for relational honesty, if not just wait for the next Creed album.
