"A Scandinavian Extreme Music Compilation" is what they call it. Really stinking good music is what I call it. Endtime Productions rolls around with a 15 track compilation CD that is really amazing. From new songs by Vaakevandring, Schaliach, and Crimson Moon that are better than any songs these bands released on their own albums to experimental industrial music by bands like Parca Pace, and a new remix Mental Destruction track (for those who didn't know the Samuel Durling who runs Endtimes is half of the Durling brothers who make up Mental Destruction.)
Antestor is present here with a track off the newly remixed Martyrium, and Drottnar also makes a visit with a new track that is pretty decent, but not as overwhelmingly good as some of the earlier mentioned songs.
With any compilation however one thing you want is to hear new bands on the horizon, and this one delivers. Tracks by new bands Nebulon, Vardoger, and Sanctum were really a treat to listen to. The only song I really didn't care for was by a band called Absurd2, which just didn't do it for me at all.
This is a great CD with a lot of great songs, chances are before too long however you will own CDs with these songs on them, but if you just can't wait for all these bands to put out new CDs jump on this one, you won't be let down.

HM Magazine #86Reviewed by Doug Van PeltThis Scandinavian Extreme Music Compilation is brilliant. Fans of Extol and Lengsel would be fools not to get this import disc. It's that good. Your ears will be blitzed with sonic brutality but that's not what makes it great. It's the exceptional musicianship you hear in the midst of the fury that blows your mind.Dead Zine 2000Reviewed by undeadThis new compilation from Endtime Records really showcases the developing black metal scene in Norway and it's surrounding country. It features a few bands with brand-new full-length albums such as Lengsel, Drottnar, Sanctifica, and Extol. This is a great compilation of music. A few of the bands on here have never been seen before, so it will be interesting to see if they release anything soon.…
