This is Pluto Records' latest signing. The references to My Dying Bride, Six Feet Under, and Neurosis were right! Take the gothic classic metal nuances that My Dying Bride uses, with all the deathy growling and chunky, swirling rhythms, and you've got a good mixture of all three bands. Nice production on this EP, which was originally released by themselves. Members include former players for Chalice and Carry The Dead. Now guitarist Al Nunn and keyboardist Eric Avant are devoting their attention to Yeti. Very creative. They take the doomy music a step further, I'm told, by wearing leather and armor on stage. You might find this in some of the more hip stores that stock indie product, but most of us will have to get it via mail-order.
