    Point of Grace is a female vocal group formed at Ouachita Baptist University in Arkadelphia, Arkansas, in 1991, first performing as Say So before taking its later name. Its early music centered on thick four-part harmony over polished contemporary pop: upbeat songs could carry bright horn parts, while ballads expanded toward large, carefully arranged climaxes. The 1993 debut presented that sound in a clean, radio-ready form, with guitars used sparingly beside keyboards. The Whole Truth retained the accessible melodies but shifted toward acoustic instruments and a more relaxed, mature blend, with songs organized around a clearer spiritual theme. By I Choose You, the group was using more guitars and a more aggressive pop production; different singers took separate lead vocals, and the signature ensemble sound was less constant.

    Terry Jones left in 2003 to spend more time with her family, and Leigh Cappillino joined the group for the 2004 album. Heather Payne departed in 2008, also to concentrate on family life, leaving Shelley Breen with Denise Jones and Cappillino to continue as a trio. The group then moved further toward country music, especially on the 2010 release No Changin' Us, while continuing its Christmas and worship projects. Point of Grace was inducted into the Oklahoma Music Hall of Fame in 2018. It remained active afterward, issuing Beautiful Name that year and the Christmas album Sing Noel in 2021. In 2025, the trio released Lady Wisdom, its first album of new material in fourteen years.
