Crowd pleasers dc Talk strut their stuff in this live concert recording. The Jesus Freak sound dominates the show, but they do acknowledge their rap past by including "Luv is a Verb" and "Jesus is Just Alright." Covers/adaptations of "Help" and "It's the End of the World as We Know It" link the show to the larger world of popular music. For a live recording, the quality of the singing and instruments is very good, but the studio albums would still be a better introduction for the uninitiated. This CD is for their fans.
