Out of Arlington, Texas comes yet another quality death metal band. Gee, first was Oblation, then Disencumbrance, and now Embodyment. What's going on in the Metroplex?
There are five songs, with "Cryptic Descension" being an intro. We're talking brutal stuff here -- no wimps allowed. Great lyrics as well. "Internal corrosion day to day/ Has to be more to life than this/ Does a comforting God exist? To escape suffering is to live my life according to you" ("Stillborn Natality"). While the production isn't as good as it could be, the total package is worth checking out.
