How is it that this band still is not signed ??? Listening to this very professional demo, one cannot help asking the question. Oh, wake up, labels...!!! "Anthem", even if the production is not up to standard, is one of the best White Metal demos. Because ETERNAL RYTE is a band that really is a knockout. And if the band has the look of a glam band, their heavy is not glam at all. This is heavy that hits home!! ("He's A Killer", "No More Lies", "Anthem",...). The vocals are out of the ordinary because Phil St Vincent is an accomplished bass: in other words, ETERNAL RYTE's vocal colour has nothing to do with the usual high-perched penguins one comes across so often on the Californian perches. But that takes nothing away from the vocal quality of Phil St Vincent, who has a clear and powerful voice. And in spite of his bass voice, Phil allows himself the hollering and the roaring we love ("He's A Killer", "King Of Kings", "No More Lies",...). The guitar sound is tremendous!! No problem, ETERNAL RYTE has the amps it takes...! Bobby Smith, the guitarist, does an excellent job on every track: he is without doubt the pillar of the band, because his strengths are many. His rhythm work is now very fast ("No More Lies", the intro to "No Place To Hide"... Thrash influence?), now slow ("King Of Kings"). The solos are fast and aggressive ("He's A Killer", "No More Lies",...) The drummer, without being exceptional, does a good job, as does the bassist ("King Of Kings"). In any case, with top-level production, ETERNAL RYTE could rise without difficulty to the rank of the greatest in White Metal. ETERNAL RYTE's lyrics are hyper direct: the band does not mince its words. It is clear, clean, and without a blot. Let the other Christian metal bands take a leaf out of their book, because along with VENGEANCE and a few others, ETERNAL RYTE is one of the bands that dares to announce the Gospel clearly, without any fear. So, labels, Christian or not, WAKE UP!!!

As for you, tousled heads, throw yourselves at this very good demo!!!
