The Huntingtons take the Ramones-Clones thing to a new level this time with the lead vocals actually sounding like Joey Ramone, the ugliest man in rock and roll. So, this is Ramones, through and through. If you like that statement, you'll like the CD. If that's cheesy to you, then you'll hate it. Out of all the Ramones-Clones out there Huntingtons does the best job. Their previous attempts at being the Ramones had been decent, but this is way better.
There are two type of songs on here, the mid-tempo Ramones and the fast, almost hyper beat stuff. All the fast songs suck. Fortunately these songs are short. But so what, all the mid-tempo songs are so good, and this is the meat of the album. These songs are great. We see patience in song writing. These songs are loooong, they have guitar parts, and catchy melodies. They even have a song completely in a minor key, that's what I'm talking about.
The only thing keeping this back from being an "A-" or an "A" would be the fast songs, and some mid-tempos are B's not A's, still good, but just not A's. I've listened to this album a zillion times since I got it, that's prolly the best compliment I could give it.
