BEC Recordings' latest release is Kutless' self-titled debut album. Online Christian retailers had clips from the release ahead of time, and once the listener gives it a listen, listeners may think Kutless is another [soft] rock band. But again this proves--do not judge an album by the clips, as the clips don't include the occasional hardcore aspect in songs.

One track that doesn't sound annoying, however, is "Grace and Love," a slow ballad to close the album. It actually sounds very good. If the band would have made the whole album like this one, I know I probably would have enjoyed the entire project much more.
