Although I felt kind of jipped, with this LP only being 8 songs, I've got nothing to complain about as far as the music goes. This is a slight departure from some of David's previous records, with some of the songs rocking out, but there is still the feeling of earnestness that pulled me in from the beginning and made me a fan. I don't totally understand the theme of the record, even though a bunch of people have tried explaining it to me, but it definitely fits within each song. If you like previous Pedro releases, or just want to hear what all the talk is about, pick this one up. You won't be disappointed.
