It's always a sad thing to see good bands pass on. Precious Death was one of those bands. They released three solid hard rock / metal releases that had a very unique sound. This CD showcases what Christopher Scott of PD felt to be some of the best, Hardest Hits. Though there is nothing new for the old fan who owns all three CD releases (it might have been nice to have had the original tape-only demo included), it is a great collection of songs that is definitely worthy of note. And for those who have never been indoctrinated into the realm of Precious Death, this is a great way to get started.
This CD is just plain groovy, and it will induce at least some mild headbanging. Hearing these chunky riffs and funky lines bring back many good metal memories. And, as a bonus, the disc also has an enhanced portion that contains the entire Bible. So, buying this disc will get you 14, hard-hitting, great songs, as well as the Bible in a computer-browsable format. Sounds like a good deal to me.

With the release of Hardest Hits (a best of compilation) I can now recall why this band…Similar sounding releases
