It became evident that Christians were hungry for the Word of God set to music when Integrity sold over 2 million copies of its Scripture Memory Songs series a few years ago. As a result, they have developed a new series of Scripture-based albums entitled, "Hosanna! Music Scripture Songs." This new series consists of six albums, each with a different theme: Songs Of Peace, Songs Of Spiritual Warfare, Songs Of Healing, Songs Of Comfort, Songs Of Hope And Encouragement, and Songs Of Praise And Worship.
Nothing is more appropriate to the believer than the Word of God. All of the songs in the series are based upon one or more Scriptures. For example, on Songs Of Hope And Encouragement, the lyrics in "My Grace Is Sufficient For You" are taken from 2 Corinthians 12:9 (NAS):

These albums are good "atmosphere" music. As a Christian bookstore owner, I've found it quite interesting to see how these albums reach out to believers of diverse backgrounds, often regardless of their musical tastes.
These easy listening Scripture-based albums are also suitable for personal devotions, church events, weddings, anniversaries, personal ministry tools, or even gifts. So, no matter what the background of the believer, it has been my experience in the retail industry and at home, that the ministering and encouraging aspects of this Scripture-based music quite often transcends music preferences, styles, and expectations.
