This is a fun, intense listen. Based primarily on a sound that lies somewhere between grind and death metal, there are so many different elements added off and on keeping "Silent Circus" interesting. There are plenty of quick tempo and rhythm changes at will, but not at the expense of an overall song structure. There are keyboard effects and clapping at some points and even an acoustic love ballad right in the middle of everything. These guys have song writing talent and this is one of those releases that sticks with you because it stands out in the crowd. Favorite track, "Aesthetic."
