This CD has songs on using the words "free" and "democracy." Give me a break. I'm so tired of bands doing this stupid political crap. I don't think that the fans that hear this music will go out and change the government. What's worse is that these guys are talking American politics and they're Canadian. Listen to these lyrics: "The rich will prosper so the poor can't cope/ You said it's not bad but not everyone has a middle class life like you filled with peaches and cream/ Now I suppose you've captured your American dream." - The Undecided.
I'd like to quote my favorite movie here: "The problem isn't that you have it so bad, it's that everyone else has it so good." People who are rich had to prosper first. Democracy doesn't have anything to do with prosperity. Being an American doesn't guarantee a good life. It bothers me when bands feed this socialist crap to the impressionable teenagers who listen to this record. It is an uneducated attempt to glorify old punk rock values. Yet another attempt at punk rock image that will have the kids of America complaining to the tune of a socialist Undecided song.
As for the music, well, it's fast punk rock in the Slick Shoes/Strung Out genre. The guitar work is decent, and the music is decent. Over all, it is mildly catchy. I would like to note that their grade reflects their music and not their message
