five years after their first album, a second finally sees the light of day. this was actually recorded in 2002, but since lookout are jerks it's just now getting released, on the new red scare label. i'm not sure if i like this quite as much as "where no one knows my name", but it's very good, regardless. while i like all of their songs, i like the fast ones the best--they only make up six of the fourteen tracks here, though. musically i've always thought enemy you sounded like bad religion, except good. this is no different, though a couple songs are a bit more pop-ish than usual. the lyrics are the usual david jones cynicism-touched-with-hope. they can really knock it out, and this album is a good representation of that... good luck finding a copy, though.
